SmartVitiNet Joins the EURIBIA Cruise-Ship for the Arch's Program

From the 1st to the 7th of June, WaltR, one of the esteemed partners of the SmartVitiNet project, had the unique opportunity to be on board the EURIBIA cruise-ship. This was part of the Arch's program "100 innovative and concrete solutions", an initiative aimed at contributing to the ecological shift of the economy. WaltR presented its solution on sustainable and green urban mobility, "AI-Roads", developed in collaboration with the Lacroix Group Innovative-LAB. This was an excellent opportunity for WaltR and SmartVitiNet to discuss and promote smart precision viticulture with stakeholders and key players from across Europe and the world.

The journey began with a meeting with local and European representatives in Athens on May 8th, providing a unique experience. The team is eagerly looking forward to the rest of the program!

A little more about "the Arch" project:

The Arch project embarked on a journey around Europe in a Maxi-Trimaran. Navigator Francis Joyon set sail from Nantes on Saturday, March 18th, aboard the Maxi Trimaran IDEC SPORT. At each stopover, the team collected winning solutions to accelerate the ecological transition. Until May 31st, the journey connected the cities of Copenhagen, Concarneau, Malaga, Marseille, Ajaccio, Naples, Athens, Malta, Lisbon, and Saint-Nazaire.

At the end of the Maxi Trimaran IDEC SPORT's European tour, a rendezvous took place in Saint-Nazaire from May 31st to June 2nd. Here, the 100 winning solutions were presented, alongside the sailing cargo ship Canopée making its first appearance.

From June 2nd to 6th, The Arch Meetings mobilised 2,000 decision-makers, collaborators, experts, solution providers, young people, and associations. The goal was to help understand, learn, and engage in the challenge of ecological transformation. On June 7th, The Arch arrived at the European Parliament to present the 100 solutions.

This journey was a testament to the power of collaboration and innovation in driving the ecological transition. SmartVitiNet is proud to be part of this transformative journey through its partner, WaltR.
